Anthony Myint is an award winning chef/restaurateur whose nonprofit, Zero Foodprint, leads collaborations with the CA Air Resources Board, CA Dept of Food and Agriculture, CO Dept of Agriculture and regional governments like Boulder, CO, San Francisco, CA and more, to scale agricultural climate solutions. Since 2020 ZFP has generated over $1.2M+ in funds for 65 regenerative agriculture projects in CA, in coordination with local technical assistance providers like the CA RCDs, Point Blue Conservation Science and more. Zero Foodprint has also been serving as a Direct Service Provider for multiple jurisdictions, in relation to SB1383 implementation, with a focus on optimizing the climate outcomes.
