Beth Dooley
James Beard Award food writer, Beth has been covering the local food and regenerative ag scene for the past 40 years. Author of 12 cookbooks and a collection of essays, Beth connects home cooks to the work of our farmers, researchers, breeders, and innovative makers. She is a columnist for The Star Tribune, a frequent guest on MPR, and TV and she hosts a blog / video with her middle son, Kip, Bare Bones Cooking. An Endowed Chair, Minnesota Institute Sustainable Agriculture (MISA) Beth serves on The Good Acre Board of Directors.
