Robin Mark

SALT Landscape Architects

Robin Mark is the Director of Partnerships at SALT Landscape Architects and has been working with local residents and governmental partners to build public parks throughout Southern California for over a decade. Formerly the Los Angeles Program Director at Trust for Public Land, Robin worked to support holistically healthy communities through her work to green schoolyards, move policy around affordable housing and open space joint development projects, and by ensuring community was always at the table. Viewing public open space as a means to achieve social, racial, and environmental justice, Robin has focused her work in historically disinfested neighborhoods throughout the region. She brings her background in Community Studies to her work in Landscape Architecture, understanding that public space best serves the community when it is designed by the community.

Robin, believes in equity, access, and the transformative power of parks.
