Samira Malone

Samira Malone, Director, Cleveland Tree Coalition

As inaugural Director of the Cleveland Tree Coalition, Samira Malone is working to raise awareness around the critical need for a robust tree canopy in Cleveland and to generate financial support for the work of the Coalition. In addition, Samira coordinates with the CTC Executive Committee and Member organizations to implement the Cleveland Tree Plan. Samira is a proud Cleveland native and, in her former capacity, served as a neighborhood planner in which she brings her lived experience and holistic approach to community development to urban forestry.
