Sarah Larson is the Director of the Food Finance Institute (FFI). FFI helps entrepreneurs and technical assistance providers harness and leverage the power of capital to create and scale sustainable and regenerative food, farm, and food systems businesses. Sarah has worked for both mission-oriented food brands and public sector nonprofits seeking to build food and farm businesses. She holds a BA in English and Philosophy from UW La Crosse and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from UW Madison. She currently serves on the Madison Food Policy Council, is the president of Willy Street Co-op Board of Directors, and the treasurer for FairShare CSA Coalition.
