Biomimicry for Social Innovation

Toby Herzlich, facilitator, has 30+ years of experience with organizational consulting, training, and executive coaching, supporting a range of not-for-profit, philanthropic, and business organizations in their success.  Clients include the Sierra Club, the Agroecology Fund, Farming the Future, Intuit, and the Navajo Nation. Toby dedicates herself to catalyzing diverse networks of social change innovators toward building a “Nature Positive,” regenerative future – with networks including the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable, Women’s International Climate Summit, Young Climate Leaders Network, and the 2019 UN People’s Summit on Climate and Human Rights. Toby is the Founder of Biomimicry for Social Innovation, a not-for-profit dedicated to applying nature’s intelligence to leadership, social change, and organizational development, and she weaves nature-inspired practices and principles throughout her work. She loves to spend time in the high mountains and in her garden – feet, hands, and heart close to the Earth, which is her greatest teacher.
