Wendy Park

Center for Biological Diversity

Wendy Park is a Senior Attorney with the Center for Biological Diversity's Public Lands Law Center, and based in the SF Bay Area. She advocates for the protection of public lands, wildlife, and climate from fossil fuel projects and other development. Wendy has led litigation and campaigns stopping development of a Utah oil railway (Seven County, now before SCOTUS), Arizona's I-11, and oil and gas leasing in national forests in Texas and Ohio. Before joining the Center, Wendy litigated state and federal cases with Earthjustice's California Regional Office and as a legal fellow at the ACLU of Illinois.
